Any hosting solution that is easy to use?

My website needs a hosting solution, and I want to know which hosting server is best and easy to use. I need to open a static site (Php, Html, Css, Js, etc... ) or dynamic site (Wordpress, Prestashop, ecc...) with .com extension that allows me to create an email with an extension coinciding with the domain name and a mailbox. Which services do you recommend?
I am looking for an economical service.

First off, PHP is for dynamic pages, not static.
Can't recommend any since I run my own hosting business, but you'll find plenty in the ~$5/mo range. Just make sure to avoid the usual HostGator, Bluehost, etc. if you don't want to deal with bad hosting service + non-existent support.

There are many options that you can choose right now, the most important thing is avoid EIG providers if you don't want any headache.
